Chicken and Egg Kebab

  1. Boneless Chicken     ¼    Kg
  2. Red Chilli Powder     2    tsp
  3. Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste     ½    tsp
  5. Bengal gram     50    g
  6. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  7. Water     1    cup
  8. Boiled Egg     5    nos.
  9. Oil     1    cup
  10. Egg     2    nos.


  1. Take a pressure cooker, add chicken pieces, red chilli powder, masala powder, ginger garlic paste, bengal gram, salt and water. Cook this for 10 minutes.
  2. Grind these into a thick paste with a mixer grinder.
  3. Make medium sized balls out of the mix. Flatten them out in your palm.
  4. Place a egg inside and cover up and roll into oval sized kebabs.
  5. Beat eggs in bowl. Dip the kebabs in the beaten egg.
  6. Heat oil in pan and fry the kebabs until golden.
  7. Drain on kitchen paper and serve it hot with sauce.
