Maggi Noodle Balls

  1. Maggi noodles     1    Packets
  2. Green Chillies     3    nos.
  3. Ginger Garlic Paste     ½    tsp
  4. Onion sliced    1    no.
  5. Capsicum sliced    ½    cup
  6. Cabbage sliced    ½    cup
  7. Carrot sliced    ½    cup
  8. Tomato Sauce     2    tbsp
  9. Bread slices     10    nos.
  10. Water     1    cups
  11. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  12. Oil     1    cups


  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan then add chopped green chilly and ginger garlic pasta stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add sliced onion saute it till soft. Then add the capsicum, cabbage and carrot stir fry 3 minutes.
  3. Open the maggi packet and break the noodles into 4 pieces and add it to the pan along with the taste maker. Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil.
  4. Add a pinch of salt,tomato sauce cook for 4 minutes. Switch off the flame when the water evaporates. Mix well The mix will become dry. Stuffing for the maggi noodle balls is ready.
  5. In a bowl take around one cup of water then add a pinch of salt.
  6. Cut the brown edges of the slice bread. Sprinkle the bread surface with little water just enough to moisten it but not make it soggy.
  7. Add 1 tbsp of the stuffing on the bread and shape it like a ball.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it till a golden brown colour.
  9. Maggi noodles ball are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
