  1. Mushroom     1    cup
  2. Plain Flour     2    tbsp
  3. Corn Flour     3    tbsp
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste     ½    tsp
  5. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  6. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  7. Garlic -chopped    1    tbsp
  8. Onion -chopped    1    nos.
  9. Capsicum     1    nos.
  10. Tomato Sauce     2    tbsp
  11. Green Chilly Sauce     1    tbsp
  12. Soya Sauce     ¼    tsp
  13. Spring Onion -chopped    1    stalks
  14. Oil     1    tbsp


  1. In a bowl, mix cornflour/ plan flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and little water to a thick paste.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and marinate it for 15 minute and then fry it in the oil till crispy and golden brown. Keep aside.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and 1 tbsp white part of spring onions and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until slightly browned.
  5. Add chopped capsicum and spring onion and sauté for 2 minute.
  6. Then add soy sauce and mix well. Reduce the flame and add green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt and mix well.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water and bring to a boil.
  8. Add fried mushrooms and pepper powder and stir well for 2 minute for the sauce to coat well.
  9. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
