  1. Pasta     300    g
  2. Onion     2    no.
  3. Green Chillies     3    nos.
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tsp
  5. Tomato     2    no.
  6. Green Peas     ½    cup
  7. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder     ½    tsp
  9. Tomato Sauce     2    tbsp
  10. Soya Sauce     1    tsp
  11. Pepper Powder     1    pinch
  12. Lemon Juice     ½    tsp
  13. Garam Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  14. Spring Onion -chopped    1    stalks
  15. Water     2    cup
  16. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  17. Oil     3    tbsp


  1. Heat a pan and cook pasta with till it gets soft and cooked. Drain the excess water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped onion and green chillies till the onion becomes transparent.
  3. Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, green peas, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and cook till the tomatoes turn mushy.
  5. Add cooked pasta, tomato sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder, lemon juice, garam masala and celery and mix it well.
  6. Cook these mixture in a low flame for 4 minutes.
  7. Masala pasta is ready. Serve it hot.
